DISPATCH DETAILS

Time to make and dispatch an order can vary as it depends on the individual items. We normally achieve a 5-7 working days time scale before orders are ready to be dispatched and shipped.

For UK

2nd Class	2-3 Business Days
1st Class	1-2 Business Days

 

For EU

International Standard	3-5 Business Days
International Tracked & Signed	3-4 Business Days

 

Please note that although these are the times that Royal Mail state currently on their website, that does not mean your order is guaranteed to be delivered in these time frames. If your parcel is later than expected, you will have to wait at least 15 working days before Royal Mail will declare it as lost and a claim can be made.
